HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
If the item you've ordered is already made it will be shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Some items are made to order and you'll receive an email with an ETA for crafting the item and shipping it out. If the item is a gift please be sure and let me know any specific deadline you're trying to meet.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, at this time we only ship to US locations.
SHIPPING POLICIES
We use UPS or USPS for shipping and generally products should arrive within 2 weeks if the item is already in stock. Our shipping policy is outlined with each product as it may vary and is designed to provide clarity ensuring that our customers are well-informed and confident in their purchases. That said, this isn't Amazon! If you want a product right away (and it is already made) we can discuss the shipping cost and charge accordingly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want customers to feel confident when purchasing from KLN Creations, but please remember that the items are all hand-crafted – variations will exist. If you are dissatisfied with a product please let us know as soon as possible, repackage it carefully, and return it (I'll email you a shipping label and cover the shipping cost). Once it has been received, if the item is not damaged and can be resold, I'll refund your money via Venmo.
If you receive a damaged box that has damaged the item inside, please take pictures of the package and the damaged item and email them to creationsbykln@gmail.com.
