Have you ever tried drawing on a tablet with a stylus and realized you were smudging all the completed artwork as you went along? That frustration was the inspiration behind my Floating Hand Easel. I know that Da Vinci used a long stick with a ball at the end when he painted. He would grab that ball and use a stick to support his painting arm to support his hand while doing detailed work, so I ran with that idea. This easel can be used for actual painting, pastel work, or digital devices – anywhere you need to your hand to float above the work.
